Statment of certain special interest groups of the State of California with over 37 million in population is of error of seen in Metro areas as follows, but to note Los Angeles Metro with 12 million is high, yet we shall look at it as such:

the above is the States largest in Metro/city population equal 21.1 million, in such does not include the States Farm areas, Timber areas nor fishing areas, as one would see a large mis-approated of taxes on a error of enumation in the 2000 and 2010 Census, with use of a permnation approach to enumation insteat the actural enumating of citizens, people, and households. In that the proper view of the population of the State would to go back to 1990 Census in order to sum into the 2000, in the expenses of said year of 2000 - before even viewing the projected 2010 un-real enumation of the State of California is a 3 inch ice cicle
