WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY
MORNING.

* TIMING: WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE THIS
 AFTERNOON...BECOMING VERY STRONG LATE THIS EVENING. POTENTIAL
 FOR VERY STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MIDDAY WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS: WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH...WITH GUSTS OF
 60 TO 70 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS: PERSONS ALREADY DEALING WITH DAMAGE FROM THE WEEKEND
 WIND EVENT SHOULD BE AWARE OF ANOTHER ROUND OF VERY STRONG AND
 POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS. DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL BE
 POSSIBLE ALONG ROADS IN AND AROUND THE MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS.
